Unlimited Support:
$299.50/month

This is like having your own IT department, available on-call during normal business hours, for a fraction of the cost. Response time is one hour from contact via phone or email, with online chat available whenever possible.

Email/Chat Support:
$100/ticket

Are you online pretty much all the time? Then this option may make the most sense for you. We accept credit card payments through PayPal or check/cash works too. NOTE: Services must be paid for in advance.

In-Person Support:
$75/hour

When there is just no substitute for getting someone there to configure your email client, show how to access the webmail, or whatever the case may be, we offer this option as well. NOTE: We include travel time to your location in cost.
